    This seamless rolled ring forgings which we develope are applied in various fields, including: various sizes and specs of hubbed flanges, profiled gear ring for engineering machinery, profiled stents for excavator, steel rolled rims for railway, rims and mill rings for large-scale mining machinery, rolling ring for concrete mixer,  rolled ring alloy forgings  for rubber tire mould and large-scale bearing inside or outside rings etc.

     They have the following advantages to common annular forgings: The common annular forgings have rectangle profile so that it not only waste material but also increase machining time for the parts with shape profile. But we design and develope the profiled forgings according to the requirments of customers’ parts drawing. The shape of forging profile is as close as possible to the part section. So they shorten machining time, reduce energy consumption, and decrease the cost for customers.

   Large diameter flangs we produced have been used in wide areas, such as power turbine industry, wind electric power generation etc. Recently, the company focuses on the development of the rolled rings, open die forgings, large diameter flangs, stainless rolled rings,rolled ring alloy forgings for aerospace, jet engine, sleeves, tube plate and shaft.

  In recently years, Zhangjiagang Hailu Annular Forgings Co., Ltd has successfully developed the forgings with 42CrMo4 matetial for the wind power industry, The mechanical properties of the products which are exported to Europe is : σb=900~1050mpa, σs≥700mpa, δ≥15%, AKV≥42J/-20˚C, or AKV≥27J/-40˚C. we won good reputation by users for its reliability. So our company greatly exploits European Market in short time. Exported quantity of the forgings with 42CrMo4 has reached 15,000 tons in 2008, Furthermore, our company exerts to develop rolled ring flanges with Q345E matetial for wind power. Due to the good quality ,its annual output will be up to 15000~20000 tons in 2009.
